Emergency Care

If you or someone you are with are suffering from any of the following, you/they should seek medical attention now:

  • Abdominal Pain.
  • Back Pain, Especially With Loss of Consciousness, Extremity Function or Bladder Function.
  • Bladder Dysfunction.
  • Bleeding From Anywhere.
  • Chest Pain For Any Reason.
  • Decreased or No Urine Production.
  • Decreasing Fluid Intake, Activity and/or Diaper Changes/Urine Output in Children.
  • Dizziness.
  • Extremity Dysfunction.
  • Eye Pain and/or Change in Vision.
  • Falls.
  • Fever Above 100.8 While on Antibiotics.
  • Fever in Children 3 Months Old or Less.
  • Fast or "Funny" Heartbeats.
  • Heart Attack.
  • Headache With Neck Stiffness/Pain, Vomiting and Fever.
  • Loss of Consciousness or Syncope.
  • Multiple or Severe Episodes of Nausea, Vomiting and/or Diarrhea.
  • Pain With Color, Size Change and/or Loss of Function in Any Extremity.
  • Poisoning.
  • Removal of Foreign Bodies in Wounds or Body Cavities.
  • Severe Allergic Reactions.
  • Shortness of Breath and/or Trouble Breathing While Walking or Lying Down.
  • Sports injuries.
  • Stroke/Brain Attack...Slurred Speech, Facial Drooping, Extremity Paralysis or Numbness, Sleepiness, and/or Confusion.
  • Uncontrolled Blood Pressure (above 170/100).
  • Worst Headache Ever.
  • Other Serious Injury Including Wounds, Broken Bones, Dislocations, etc.
